The fee scale is $50 per hour for individual consultation or supervision.  
Group supervision is $25 per person per hour for consultation or
supervision with a limit of 10 in a group.   When telephone or other
communication costs are incurred, it is the responsibility of the supervisee
to pay any charges.

Training seminars are $1200 per eight hour day including an hour for lunch
plus expenses, which include airfare, meals, hotel, handout copy fee, and
any rental of equipment.   Seminar Topics Include:
